Long story short: There's no reason to stay in a game once someone has left and AI takes over and/or you know for a fact you're going to lose. We all know how that ends.
Now, I just spent an hour and a half in a game against 3 very good people. We had 2 good people and 1 new guy to Rook. Needless to say we lost. Not a big deal. What I have issue with is the fact that Rook, who had the most deaths, least kills and least flag caps had the most FP at 25. 25 points after 1.5 hours of gameplay. The other member of our team and I only got 10 points...for one and a half hours of gameplay, which I knew was a loss 10 minutes in.
Maybe I'm overreacting, but can someone please logically explain to me the benefit of playing very long games if the reward is 10-25 Favor Points? In my opinion it's not worth it.
I would suggest that there be a FP bonus for how long you stay in the game. I don't know how many, that's for the devs to figure out. The people that have been here a while probably have every item by now and are stockpiling points for the new items so I don't know if that would fly, but if they have all their items already, what would be the harm?
It's a fun game, I like it. Its obvious though it was rushed out and not tested to the extent it needed to be.
