TB: Speed Shifting buff via skills

We all know it's a pain to wait while TB chills out, or gets enranged.  What if Fire Nova/Frost Nova each helped him control the change just by learning these skills?

 

Fire Nova: Each point decreases time to shift fire->Ice by 30%

Frost Nova: Each point decreases time to shift to Ice->Fire by 30%

This is in addition to the activated ability of course.

 

The idea is that it would give people trying to pull a 'hybrid' build some additional help.  Quick switching back and forth, even if in only one direction, would make for interesting game build options.

i reckon the switching time should be short by default from the very start. i dont think a skill should be required to speed this process up. a good idea but, u no where i stand on this now.

Hmmm, interesting idea, but switching is not really a prob for most. Although you could get raped, you still get that DMG/Mana boost. Maybe the passive auras TB has could increase the effects of the switch and decrease the switch time as a final skill. Or it could be a completely new skill  called Bipolar lol.
