I guess I wasn't as clear as I thought. I've had a lot of other people leave, disconnect, desync. I myself have not lost connection, even tho pards and opponents have counted down and left. And I have a relatively slow dsl connection. I do get the 'invalid gamestate' at times. Usually when winning, and right after an opponent concedes.
I'm just wondering if the proxied connection is more robust than the others.
