Streetgang073,
Are you going to compare the game to an iron lung next, or maybe a juicy mandarin?
Bizarre comparisons aside, they've done a lot more than simply promise to get it working. So far the forums have looked something like this...
Sidelines: "This game is horrible and full of bugs!"
Stardock apologises and informs their buyers that they are aware of the problems. This act alone is unprecedented in the gaming industry. Furthermore, they promise to work at and polish the game. Again, unprecedented... Stormrise anyone?

Stardock makes the next expansion (Fallen Enchantress - Which is practically a new game) free for all those who had bought Elemental before a certain time, while mentioning large discounts for those who bought it after.

Stardock not only works on the bugs and performance but also take into account the suggestions of fans and actually go about implementing new features.

Stardock informs the community that they are keen on continuing their updates for Elemental, even while they simultaneously work on the game's predecessor. They actually infer that they're treating both as two separate yet full games in their own right. I can't name a single developer that would do this. My favourite developer, Bioware, was probably the last before EA bought them. And even they only did as much under the requirement that the game be insanely popular.

Not to be rude but I actually hope they're ignoring such disheartening comments at this point.
