[BUG/Suggestion] Assignment of skill points when dead

I am currently unable to assign earned skill points when dead.  This is often an ideal time to assign them, and it is a little frustrating to have to wait until you have resurrected to do it.

If retention of this aspect of the game is intended, an error message "Cannot assign skill points when dead" or something like that might be useful.

i think its intended this way and how long does it take to assign skills anyways should take less then 1-2 seconds which is long enough from ur runing from place to place

I don't think there's any reason why you shouldn't be able to do this.  It's a nice convenience factor, and you may as well have something to do while you wait for the long respawn times.

look at ur stats or the battle that way u dont spawn and go in blnd not knowing what happened
