Beta 2c was working fine for me at first, but a few days ago I tried to host a game, just me vs the AI, and noticed that instead of saying "Conquest" at the map loading screen and describing the victory condition, it just said "[No text]".  But the drive was spinning as if the game was loading and the spinner (the logo that appears and disappears) was going, so I figured it was just a glitch.  However, the game never loaded.  I tried sitting there for about ten minutes before I just gave up and killed the process.  Now it does this whenever I host a game.  I can join other people's games, barring network problems, and play without problems -- but I'm totally unable to host.  I tried different game modes (since it was the game mode text that went missing), but that didn't have any obvious effect; I don't know what other information would be useful.
