[Bug/Balance] Wand of Speed activation should not stop movement.

Wand of Speed activation should not stop movement.  To me this seems obvious, if I activate a speed boost it is because I am running to or from something in a hurry, last thing I want to do is click constantly or stop when I am in a hurry.

 

(Also think wand of speed should be a tad faster.)

I also like how your character will sometimes turn around after stopping, thus increasing the time it takes to run away if you didn't reclick to another spot while moving.
