Better Item's and item management

DemiGod has HUGE potentual to be better then DOTA!!

But it needs more skill! Less just run in and hit sutff.

The reinforcments are 2 easy to just kill at the beginning, There needs to be more skill when creeping at first.

If your going to make a invintory that looks the way it looks. Make it more like a WOW with boots healm brest plate rings stuff like that. Makes no since i can have 2 of the same item.

Recipies.... Items that need to be slowely built up. ( I love how you added the ability to build up the armys ) But items are more boring then leveling up the base. ANd well its a game to build your GOD. Maps have no hiding places where you can gank. HOnestely skill is just not needed in this game to win. But it should be.

i quess so, the only place u can ambush in a map is from behind.

recipies would be SO COOL!

but , understand that this game has only been out a few days . plenty of room for improvement .

just to let every 1 know :D im loving this game so far.

Honestly Recipies are the worst part about DOTA.

They make it so very unnoob friendly... Not a lot of people have years to devote to dota learning alll the item recipies off by heart and what not, and you can't exactly say that te DOTA community is all that forgiving to a person sitting at the shops reading all the items, what they do, the recipies up to other items, etc..

Keep the game the way it is.

You say the game requires no skill. Yet countless players are being dominated because they don't know how to build their skill trees. You seem like one of those people. Regardless of how 'complex' you think making creeps more powerful is, when you break it down, 'running in and hitting stuff' is kind of the point of any game in a very loose sense.

Where exactly does DG need more skill? Is it skill to learn every recipe and price? In a way I'd like to see recipes, they added some nice options, but from playing DotA in lans and such I know they really confuse newcomers, as HaunterV said. Also, what would make creeping need more skill? If you're aiming for last hitting here, that was one of the really annoying things in DotA.

Also no need for cool inventory, it just needs to be functional. And manual even says this is a spirit world, using multiple helms is no problem. Inventory like in WoW is for games like WoW. WoW doesn't mean it's good everywhere.

Imo this game is already way better than DotA. Excluding the state of internet multiplayer atm.. Demigod has eliminated many things I hated in DotA, such as heroes never being very balanced (imbalance wasn't that bad, but still there), need for microing that had more to do with game engine than game itself (orbrunning..) and different disables running wild (stunned. No wait, now I'm a sheep. Stunned. What, now I'm frog.).

Agreed on needing more hiding places though. But again not like in DotA, where there were paths inside forest you pretty much just have to know about. I miss hills and forests, all in all :(

What I mean about no still, There is some skill But really not that much. FOr thoes who dont lke Dota becasue of its complex nature I can see how you want a very simple game thats easy to play. But for the rest of us who feel they can accomidate both worlds its a crime to not try.

Also in dota if you have a hard time rembering what items. And it makes you not like it. Find 3 good items for STR, INT, and AGL classes and wright them down on a peice of papper and just get them, Till you get better and learn more. It really does not take that loing. And skill and varity is always there. THATS WHY ITS SOOOO POPULLAR!!! AND FUN!!

Please the mass not the fiew.

Bah.. no thanks.

Recipes are dumb.

And lowering the variaty with not letting me have 2 armors would suck.

Would you be happy if they changed the icons to be crystals instead of a breastplate? -_-  Does it even make sense for a giant freaking walking castle to wear a breastplate?  No.  God.  Tired of that suggestion. :\

Makes no since i can have 2 of the same item.
The manual explains that the items in the Arena exist purely in a spiritual, non-physical form, and thus you can have five hats equipped at the same time.

It also sort of explains why they don't break, and how they miraculously reappear when you poof on death.
