Better Minion Control / Fixes

1) Give a bar on the left that shows the health of each minion so I can know when to use a minion health item without having to guess or mouse over each individual minion

2) Make a button to turn minion chase on/off so they stay close and dont go running into enemy towers when fighting close to one (applies mainly to melee minions)

3) Currently you can purchase a rank 3 idol use it / sell it / buy the next rank and cast that and get the next level minion. So potentially I can have up to 8 priests / 8 archers / 8 melee + whatever my general can cast by themselves. I dont know if this is a bug but if its not then there should be a tier listing of the idols you buy so you can have all at once instead of having to resell them first. And secondly I think that idols should not cost as much but also have it to where you cannot resell them because to me it just feels unbalanced being able to cast your minion and then sell it for nice gear even with the 25% gold loss.

Also unrelated to minions but something that should be addressed is that item shops need a way to make a favorites list for each demigod you play so in the middle of battle you can just run to the shop, click on your favorites list, and then click to purchase the items you usually get without the hassle of having to go through and find and make sure you have the money for the ones you are looking for.

Hit M and move them works.

Great strategy for 'how to lose the game'

innociv, I kinda feel with this guy -- there needs to be better commanding of minions, including being able to tell them to not chase enemies.

Also idols need a real overhaul

Just need better +minoin stats items, and items that give abilities to, or based off from, minions.  That's the best way to scale them throughout the game.

I agree with 1 though.

The fact that I can't determine how my priests heal drastically reduces their worth.

Drexen's first item REALLY has to be implemented, though.  Why would the devs claim playing a general makes the game like an RTS and then not give us an RTS-like UI?  This was a really dumb oversight.

There is lots of hidden stuff in the game.. like the aoe size of things, how priests give a debuff that stops someone from being healed by all the priests, how much they heal, the damage and armor of your minions, so on..  This does need to be fixed, along with ally and minion portraits with health and that are clickable on the UI.

Actually I have been playing around with QoT quite a bit to see if she is even viable in combat as non-support because every online game / hard AI game I have played she seems to be the weakest i.e. free kill. What I have found is a build that focuses on minion health items / forest band and ground spike. I purchase lvl 1 and 2 archer idols at start coupled with ground spike I will usually be the first one with a kill (only if I can convice the enemy demigod to come far enough away from his towers since QoT is not a tank by any means) late game lvl 3 and 4 archer and lvl 4 priests + shambler with all buffs (including compost) I usually run the map unless there is an enemy UB in the mix. I am still working on a build (maybe scatter in some bramble shield?) to deal with UB.. but hes just such a... BEAST!

But as far as the minions go yes I do see that they do stuff in the background that you dont even know about and there should be things like pop up damage for all minions you control + an indicator what buffs / debuffs they are casting etc. just so they dont appear so bloody useless!

Oh and one last thing. It has been mentioned before that this game is so great because you can play a demigod any way you want, however I have found a major flaw in that statement. If you try to play a behind the lines support character you will not get any EXP so if I wanted to play a Sedna that focuses on healing and running away unless I am capping flags I will never level so maybe implement an exp gain for support abilities cast on other demigods? Just dont give too much exp else on slaughter people will sit in base and cast heal etc, to level before comming out.
