Unbeatable 3 vs 3 stratagy :D

Unbeatable 3 vs 3 stratagy :D

My friends and I were playing a custom game the other day, and we all decided to play Unclean Beast.  Needless to say, every time we saw an enemy demigod we just combined spit and they were pretty much dead unless they happened to get a teleport off or use a potion.  Eventually, we managed to basically corner the enemy in their base, killing them as they came with a volley of spit for each demigod, and retreating when they came close.  Eventually, they all just quit, we were all level 11 and they had two level 5s and one level 6.

We tried this against, you know, good players who knew how to stun and such, but using focus-fire we were able to kill them pretty easily, and they couldn't hide from spit forever.

It doesnt matter.

If you go agaisnt 3 UB, just take 3 Erebus or a Erebus, Sedna and QoT/Oak and take all 3 purity symbol as favour item.

So easy to counter :)

We were all in constant communication, I don't know about the other team.

That right there would be the crux of my criticism.

If you haven't tested it against another organised team then you can only say it's effective against randoms who don't see it coming.

Have you tested other "get everyone to drop what they are doing and gank" strategies? like 3 reguluses? a UB a regulus and a TB?  An erebus a TB and a UB?

Have you compared them?

I think your strategy is probably effective in the situations where you are using it, but your post title says "unbeatable" and I don't feel you're qualified to say that without further testing

no reason to rage over his post.  Its a nice little gimic as most people dont know UB spit stacks.

as posted by others though it is counterable.    If you stack all of the same demigods you can come up with other strong gimic combos.      3 Regulus in sync with each other will take down many unprepared enemies.  3 tower farm rooks pushing down a lane will be a pain to stop ect.

The problem with stacking all your guys in one lane is it makes it easiar for the opposing team to capture everything else while you are only capturing one lane.  With maybe the exception of Regulus because they can cooperate while in different lanes which is the main strength of regulus imo.

TheTrav, he did include a smiley in his title, so i'm thining he didn't REALLY mean unbeatable, just that it was a bunch of pain.

You are correct though that triple amulet ganking and similar coordinated strategies are simply better than what random teams will come up with.  Add in a class with a bit more speed, or a better stun, and I'm sure you could route most pubs.

The thing is, a trio of many other DGs will have the same effect. A trio of Regs with Snipe will truly put the hurt on you if they all snipe you from across the map.

A trio of Torchbearers can really ruin a trio of UBs day wit their AoE damage.

A trio of Rooks putting up a wall of towers in a lane rather succinctly puts an end to any contest in that lane.

So on and so forth...
