ESL - Battle the developers Cup

We have arranged a really very special opportunity for you!

 

The developers of DEMIGOD will play against three aspiring lucky contestants.

WHAT? Developers should fix demigod, not playing in "little" bugged game.

Yeah i want to beat the creators, but not creators of demigods, but developers/publisher, who relase beta version of game.

Anyway that good idea, sadly we can`t see replayes, when this contest will be done... because... we play with beta version of game.

I highly doubt that. In theory it should go 2-2 with first mistake deciding game five.

Yes man, yes. And replays. And live replays, too. I would love playing games that many people can watch simultaneously.

The infrastructure should still be mostly intact, GPG just needs to be pushed into polishing it back up.

@cowbuttzex: Yes, you can win a signed collectors edition von Demigod. And the finale is planed to be featured on ESL TV.

 

@ViperXXX: at ESL you need to register your Gameaccount, but this is basically nothing more than just entering it^^.

just register an esl account. than u stack following path: my profile -> edit data ->  all the way down, now u should see "command centre" (klick) -> now the section : "my account", u should find the button "gameaccounts" there.

u are now at the right menu. just select demigod, and enter your demigod nickname in there.

now ull have a registered gameaccount(it take 1-2 days till its working)

Xfire allows for this just put it into broadcast and anyone can watch and comment as you play

Ah, I can see it now. The Devs stomp the challengers into the ground due to the challengers endlessly spamming questions and comments about 'This part is broken, when are you guys gonna fix it?' 'You guys are only beating us right now because you know all the exploits in your code.' If the challengers have any hope of victory they must put those questions aside for the time being.

Me and my mates would like to give this a try, just to play against some better players for once .

Also, times listed are sans time zone, when you say 20:00, do you mean GST? PST? What?

MuehliMan, the ESL signup is not working. It still says we don't have enough players of type demigod_ingame. Which is bull because I made sure all of our team members went into My Games->Customize and added Demigod to "my games" and then clicked save.

shadow you need to add a gameaccount (iirc its profile -> gameaccount -> select Demigod.
