I understand what you’re aiming for. At the moment, Groupy doesn’t support linking groups across multiple monitors. Each group has to be created and managed on the same monitor, since windows need to be grouped together in one place to function as a single group. So if you want groups on two monitors, they’ll need to be managed separately.
