I was making an A1 size poster for a presentation. Now there aren't many good poster software that handles a large poster size as A1. People even uses Powerpoint, which I think is just not very good. So I decided to try Illustrator, which has advantage in being vector graphics, so I can rescale my poster. Now I have had some problems with its stability and crashing once in a while with heavy effects applied. Lack of an auto-save feature makes it sometime quite frustrating. I got in

Well it's different. King of the hill means you'd have asymetric map where objective is in middle, and rather than 2 factions, you have FFA. Capture the flag would be different. Currently we have assualt, and you don't have to escort an item back to your base. Most CTF games would not end after a single flag is captured, but would have a score or time limit when the game ends. Currently when we kill the stronghold, that's it. So it's an assult game type.

That way someone can/has to go back and defend it for a little while and the other team still has a chance to win it back.
30 seconds is too short. It's not hard to defend a flag for 30 seconds if your team knows what you are doing. 30 seconds is barely enough to walk from the base to the flag, and then convert

I never save anything in My Documents anymore. This is with XP ofc but I wouldn't be suprised if it was

Is there only 1 game type for the game, i.e. Kill the stronghold? I wonder if we can have more game types, e.g. King of the hill, Network Based Capture, Hold and Assualt (similar to Onslaught in UT2004) I guess this would mean a lot of map making. I'd prefer to have more game types with small number of maps, than a single game type with many maps.
You need to have a window come up for each skill on the skills page or something so you have room to make branches.(IE, hover over a skill you already have put a point into and a box comes up with an expanded tree for it.) With how it is now adding branched upgrades would take up room for adding new skills. And NOT adding branched upgrades wouldn't be very good. But you say you're going to, which means that UI doesn't work, si

You should be able to I would think. Since after a game is downloaded and installed, it is unlocked to that computer. You would just need to install impuse on your friend's PC, use your impulse account to download the beta. The game can then be launched without signing in to Impulse on his PC.

That's weird. I heard people saying the same on SupCom technical support forum. What graphics card are you using? I wonder if there's something else causing this like ATI's catalyst A.I. control. EDIT: I have to apologise to the op however since it seems what I said is irrelevent to what the OP has posted. Here is a screenshot by the way <img style="margin: 0px;" src="http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee209/AnnihilatorX/SupCom_AA_bug.jpg

There has always been a problem with ATI cards and water rendering with SupCom Engine. There's never been official word on this. In SupCom if you enable AA with ATI cards of any generation, the coasts where land touches water would radiate a light bloomed edge. I hope they fix this. I didn't know this until I swapped out my GeForce 8800 GTS with an ATI HD4850

What we need is Serious Sam style flower petal blood.

Map editors will not be included, since the maps are really a 3D arena and you can create them in any 3D program. Export plugins would be released for that.

I would say 16 would be the sweet spot if they can do it without sacrificing quality. You can only customise a demigod so much but you can't inherently change the nature of its strength and attack/defend skill patterns.

You definitely won't like the game very much in the beta state, since it lacks content and have bugs at the moment. If you are unsure whether you will definitely buy it, I'd rather wait for the demo if I were you.

Probably is an balancing act to give them an edge to humans for compensating lack of intelligience. This is common in many games.

Most MMORPG beta are pretty feature complete. Early betas are commonly closed-betas and the opposite is true. It'd be much

I know it is not a fair comparison, 1 is an expansion pack, 1 is a different game. I have GalCiv 2 DA. Twilight of the Arnor is cheaper of course than Sins of a Solar Empire. So I am not sure which one to buy. Buying both is out of the equation. There are other monetary considerations because, if they ever make an expansion to Sins of a Solar Empire, I can buy a bundle saving me money. I also heard Sins of a Solar Empire does not support multicore, where it def
