Brazzeh, come on; you should study your Indiana Jones. That chalice would just vaporize you. [e digicons][/e]
Really? 19 damage on the minotuars? Huh. Anyway, thanks, this is a nice list to get a feel for things. That helps. I still want a verbose stats feature though. :p
I agree. You can hover your cursor over your health or mana bars at the bottom to show your current numbers. However, by the tiem you've done this you've usually just gotten hit by that nuke. I can see why the devs did this. In my opinion, it gives a sense of excitement to this game that others don't have. In DotA, for example, I can look and say "Well I'll definately kill him unless he's got [item/sill], otherwise I'm boned." This is like Ooh what's goin
Exactally. I hate "[generic minion level 2] is more powerful than [generic minion level 3]". Umm... Duh? LoL. Edit: To be more clear, I specifically want to know how much "minion damage +5" actually helps. From watching health bars very carefully, for very low level units this seems to help a lot, leading me to believe that level 1 minotaurs seem to do like 10 damage vanilla, but it's difficult because you very very rarely have one grunt attacking one other uni
I think one of the most beautiful things about the way this game is balanced is that it's possible, even somewhat common, for the team with higher level characters to loose the game. I'm a bit of a rusher myself, and I find that I die first in probably 25% of the games I play. But honestly, who cares? Oh darn, I've got to wait like 25 seconds and spend 250 for a teleport scroll to get back to the front line. Big whoop. The maps aren't big enough to complain about
I agree with most of your points. However, there are two I do not. First, I don't feel that Demigod needs more characters. Although that 8 is a very small number for this type of game in comparison to others (some dota clones boast some 20 odd unbalanced characters), I feel that adding four demigods would simply cause there to be four demigods that never get played. Honestly there is a demigod for every major playing style already. If four more came out, they w
Is there any way to view verbose stats (such as current attack damage, health and mana regeneration, and the like) on friendly and allied units? I'd like to be able to see what combinations of skills and items are working the best on my units without arbitrarily thinking "well, that sortta worked better than the last game..."
