Icon Package Errors in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I need help! I just purchased Iconpackager and each time I try to download a set of icons I get a message telling me the package failed to load. I haven't been able to use Iconpackager yet because of these errors. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanx
