It seems that it depends on the skin. I've had the same issue with Azenis 2, now I'm using G-Pod 2 and Corel X3 works fine. Maybe this little info can help.

Small error in VistaXP skin in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

With the latest WindowBlinds version I have a problem with KoL's great VistaXP skin: the start menu button looks somehow cut through. Here's a screenshot: The top does not fit anymore. Is there any way how this can be corrected?

Try to delete the IconX-Directory under C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\ (on your machine it's in Dutch, I guess) When you delete that directory, IconX should lose its current settings.

Here here here! I also have a Tablet PC, and with IconPackager installed and any suite applied I can't start my PC. Exlorer loads, crashes, loads, crashes ... when I manage to open IconPackager and apply the Windows default icons, the crashing stops. After that I switch back to Apogee, and then it works. So I'm trying not to reboot, just send the laptop to sleeping mode. But that could not be the solution ...

Hach, noch was vergessen: Je nachdem, welche DesktopX-Version Du hast, kannst Du manuell mehr oder weniger in die Themes eingreifen. Hast Du die Version, in der der DesktopX Builder enthalten ist, dann starte statt des »normalen« Programmes mal den Builder. Dann sind über das Kontextmenü noch ganz andere Sachen einstellbar, dann können Menüs verschoben, umbenannt oder anderweitig verändert werden.

IconX trouble in Object Desktop WinCustomize Forums

For a while the latest built of IconX has been working, but since a few days I keep getting error messages when I try to load it, like this one: When I delete all files in Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\IconX, then the program starts. I have recently bought a new laptop with SiS graphics, too. And I have the same problem. Yes, reducing the color depth to 16 bit works, but this could not be the final solution, couldn't it? Will there be a WindowBlinds update that corrects this problem? Or do I have to trouble SiS with this? Thanks.
