Update: I returned to a previous install/restore point and the icons are now ok. I think I will wait on buying this for the time being, I used these products in the past and they don't seem to quite return your system back to it's original state.

I have the same issue but worse, I un-installed and got an error and now I can not even re-install, so I am stuck with the wrong icons. I guess a Win 7 re-install is in my future. Seems strange that the IconPackager site states Windows 7 supported but the default icons don't come back.
