Reply to Object Bar in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi Overlay. I am running Windows XP Home Edition. I tried other Object Bar themes and the same thing DOES NOT happen so I just got rid of the theme that caused it to happen. It is easier than trying to figure out what it means I guess. It probably is not worth the time it takes to find out. I appreciate your replies anyway. Have a nice day.

Object Bar in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

When I run Object Bar I notice under the Applications running on my Task Manager that it has the Object Bar running and my user name running also. Why does my user name run with Object Bar? It does not run with Windows Blinds, for example, or any other program. Please only respond to this if you really know. Speculation is not what I am asking for. Your help is appreciated in advance.
