I have installed Windowblinds 4.4 on WinXP SP2, I found that the taskbar and start menu were no longer skinned. They had assumed the apperance of the "Classic" theme. Moreover, everything was operating slowly. I unloaded Windowblinds, and that solved the problem, but even after uninstalling the program, restarting, and reinstalling, I still have the same issue when attempting to use WIndowblinds themes. Can anyone tell me what the problem may
