Trouble with Skin Page in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

In the 'my skins' page of my account, it says that I have three bootskins in the 'all libraries' pulldown menu. But when I look at the section itself, I only see two of skins. I am aware that I have submitted three, so what does that mean?

Newbie on how to start in Customization Software JoeUser Forums

I'm a newbie to how to skin Windows, so I'm wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of how to start or what software I could use to create bootskins, logons, or suites. Thanks!
