I still get the same issue, except that this time, the start icon appeared momentarily before disappearing.

When I restart my computer, all the icons (including the start button itself) is blank. I have to restart explorer.exe to get the icons to show again. However I can open the start menu by pressing the windows key. Windows version: 23H2 Build 22361.4571 Start11 version: 2.5
