Ah I didn't notice the mention of having to go to a warez site, I did have to use SCD, but I most certainly didn't need to get it at a warez site... @ savedmymoney: If the only thing you're concerned about is the system tray working in Vista 64bit, there is a fix for that (read the first page of this thread). I had it working just fine on my Vista 64-bit system. Start Menu worked just fine too. I must admit though, my system now has Windows 7 beta on it and I find myself in love with the new taskbar. In my own opinion it has a lot more functionality to it once you know and get used to what it does. But OD is still my friend when i

Windowblinds skin import in ObjectBar WinCustomize Forums

Okay, Objectbar is great, I love all the little things you can do with it and I would love to learn how to create more customized cpu, memory and hdd meters, I've seen them go horizontally like: CPU |||||||||, etc. It would be nice if I could learn how to place that in the taskbar instead of having the icon and the weird vertical thing, it just doesn't look right whatever the default is... if anyone has any tips it would be appreciated, but this is not the main thing I'm after in this post.</

Well I did the tech support thing, which took forever and a day, only to have the conclusion that it is due to my OS being a 64bit system and there's no 64bit support in OD. He states that 64bit will be supported in OD 2, which will be "released later this year." But I'll believe it when I see it (the release that is.....)

I'm posting this from another thread as suggested.... What about having the contents automatically resize the dock length according to the amount of Icons? Then you won't have all that extra space making it look stupid. Then also, if there becomes too many icons, you can specify, say after 10 icons, either create a new row or put in the left/right buttons... what would be sweet is that if there's too many icons to be displayed and you need a left and right button... why not

I soon found that the problem isn't tied down to just 'live previews'. Even with live previews and screenshots turned off, whenever i would open up firefox or thunderbird it would display a blank spot where it should be. Then it would just "stick" there even after closing firefox and/or explorer, thus, the taskbar can get very big with a bunch of blanks after a while.... kind of stupid... (this ONLY happens on the zoomer, the tabbed docks seem fine, but i want the zoomer because of the live p

Reflections definitely. How about the ability to use pixel-borders for your backgrounds? It would go well with vista themes that all semi-transparent windows and backgrounds can blur whatever is behind it. Also, a digital clock! I hate analog, I need to see the numbers, I hate having to hunt for a half-decent digital clock. Firefox and Thunderbird leaving Blank task Icons in Taskbar in ObjectDock WinCustomize Forums

Well I'm giving the taskbar replacement another shot. To me, that only works best in Windows Vista because of the live previews option. However, I am getting something odd... So far it ONLY seems to happen when I open firefox or thunderbird.... everything else works just fine, so I'm kind of stumped: Whenever I open Firefox or Thunderbird, it opens, but in the live thumbnail preview "taskbar" area it just creates a blank space as to where the wind

Well, the systray works like a charm and I found a digital clock docket that, after a few tweaks, works good. It's somewhat setup similar to the Windows 7... anyways, the beta works well with the x64 platform, i think OD should just release it as full just for the x64 option and save us a couple headaches
