Not sure on the myth behind. Just a kraken based demigod. Relativly big, though not as big as Rook. As it moves leaves a trail of water (though as far as implimenting this goes i'm not sure). Maybe an ability to regurgitate swallowed ships and throw them with it's tenticles. The whole 'Ink Squirt' idea aswell. Developers could have a lot of fun with this one i'm thinking.

Any of you guys reading this played the orrigional God of War? When mentioning a Egyptian Themed god, Anubis jumps straight to mind! The guys in God of War who have a dogs/wolfs head and have a staff with scythes on either end. Although the idea behind this game is DEMIgods. Anubis is already a god so i guess i've just shot myself in the foot. But you get where i'm coming from. Nice idea though.

Just out of interest, what is gameranger and how does it work? Is it like xfire or something similar?

Amazing game. great great gamplay and fantastic visuals and maps. I love how one gets a more personal touch with their 'army' instead of doing the usual rush/steamrole tactics we see in most RTS's. 1st game i've purchased off Stardock and am very impressed. Nice news about the patch and am enjoying hopefully a secure online match. Don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet but the music at times makes me turn up my speakers just to hear what a great job you guys have done a
