at 10:00 AM PST today (2/28/2021) I got the following popup: I went through the sequence to activate the key trying both pasting the key and using the web link to activate the key. The same cycle repeated itself as shown earlier in the message. Prior to starting the reactivation sequence, I took a snapshot of the about: <img src="https://cdn.star

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately this does not address the issue. The referenced procedure is exactly what I followed and I did get the first dialog indicating that activation was successful (see graphics 1 above). However when I clicked on the finish button, I received a dialog indicating that it wasn't successful (see graphics 2 above) asking me to go back to complete activation. At the current time I'm not experiencing problems but if

1. My designation of private hasn't changed. All the computers are on the same workgroup. 2. On the secondary, it is on the same subnet as the primary and all other network connections show as "media disconnected" so there is only one IP address available for the secondary. It is a consistent issue. It happens all of the time. I disabled clipboard sharing and the the problem remains. I updated both machines to 1.02.006, unloaded stardock on both and restarted to ensure the latest version was active with clipboard sharing disabled and still the problem remains. Any help will be appreciated. Mike D.

Thanks for responding. Here is the additional information: 1. Win XP service pack 2 - all updates current 2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on both computers. 3. I'm using a two monitorn configuration on the master and of course the laptop only has 1 display. Does this help?

While I had some problems with earlier versions of mulitplicity, version 1.02 seemed to work good until about 5 months ago. The cursor will readily go from the primary screen (right screen) to the secondary screen (left screen) but after about 2 to 5 seconds the cursor moves back to the primary in the upper right hand corner. I have the alert box feature on to tell me what screen the keyboard and mouse are controlling. When I switch to the secondary
