Renewed my OD subs, now I can't download from Wincustomize anymore in Permissions WinCustomize Forums

I payed my Object Desktop subscription for another year today, and I later tried to download from Wincustomize, and it told me I had reached my limit, and that I should cross reference my email, but it's the same address. Anyone know the answer to this?? I'll bet it's staring me in the face Help would be appreciated.

Thanx Yrgal. I was going to look in System32 next, but must have been lazy. In fact there were 2 files missing, VCL60 as well. I copied them from my other PC and it works fine now. As to why they were missing, bit of a mystery. I didn't delete them. thanks again

Lately I've not been able to start Skinstudio. It comes up with failed to start, missing RTL60.bpl. Try re-installing the application. I have tried.....many times. I'm not sure when this started happening as I've let Stardock Central update the app a few times since using it. Before I go un-archiving a much earlier version I thought someone else may have encountered the same problem. I don't think that missing file is kept in the Skinstudio folder, as I have a working version on
