Missing Enhanced Icons in Icons WinCustomize Forums

Hello all, I tried searching the forums, but found nothing on this topic. All the icons show up fine, however, when I turn on the "Enhanced Icons" option, I a missing icons. Not sure why.....could someone advise what I should do. To give you an example, I am missing "enhanced icons" when I download something and select "Save as..." - the next dialog box which I select the folder where I want to save, is missing. Pleas
