No, because the definition of a "skinner" and "skin" are not defined anywhere in the Guide and presumption can lead to erroneous conclusions. A ScreenShot is not a "skin" as HG defined the terms so succinctly, so I now have an understanding of the terms in question. Thanks for your help!

HG_Eliminator's description of the different skill levels of artistic abilities of members here at WC is in agreement with my understanding of what constitutes a "skinner" and therefore, to quote from the Guide with regard to the title "Apprentice": "A citizen who has submitted[B] skins[/B] can be nominated to be promoted to an Apprentice." one would have to infer that "skins" in this context means the product of "those who are gifted with the ability to visualize something then make
