I got it running normally againg. I installed new graphic drivers, or maby it was because I didn't run direct after download, but resetted.

Civ 4 bug wasn't really a bug. Anyway, deleted the C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\IconX folder, reïnstalled, same problem. I also got 2 icons on my desktop, most of the time.

Same problem here. I just installed the game Civ 4 and defragged two partitions of my harddrive, played some Civ 4, ran into a bug in the game (tutorial), browsed some, did a reset and now IconX keeps taking 100% CPU power. Uninstalled and reinstalled from within Stardock Central, but the problem remains.

Show desktop button -> Regular icons in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

When I hit the show desktop button on the quick start menu, then the desktop icons show up as regular.
