Question abou pre-order in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

First of all I woud like to tell i am very exited about the comming sequel to the one of the best 4x4 strategy after moo2... Second I would like to ask some questions about pre-ordering... 1. If i pre-order game do I gain some special benefits , like some unlocking bonus ? 2. Do you ship to Yugoslavia ,and if anwser is yes , where should i pre-order it from , since ebgames, and gamestop doesn't seem to ship here... Thx in adv
