First of all the updates are easy to get, I'm not arguing that, but they don't give you a good place to find the patch notes of what your downloading BEFORE you download it. The thing is, what if I see something in the patch notes I don't like and don't want to update. I can think of numerous games where I have opted not to patch due to some things they changed in the game that I didn't like. I don't want to update and then have to look at some hist

For gods sake, can't this game just put its patches out as downloads like everyone else, and can't they at least post the frickin patch notes somewhere easy to find without hiding them in some hidden space. I mean come on I paid good money for this game, this is BS.

I can understand the frustration, but I haven't had that many crashes. For myself I have only had the game crash once. I hit the "Turn" button and the game seemed to stall for a bit, and then it just crashed and went back to windows. With auto save this isn't the end of the world but annoying none the less. Also I have had bugs with the loading of saved games as far as player designed craft go and a few other minor bugs, but those can be expected a

Well I didn't read that part of the manual I suppose, I spent most of my time reading the economics part of the manual. Regardless of what the manual says, it seems that my fleets seem to target the most easily destroyable ship first and then move to the most lethal one. All in all I don't like how that works, stategy would now infer that I create a ship model with a ton of attack power and no defense, then group it with some ships that have a balanc

Is there anyway to control what ships your ships should be attacking. I can't stand it when I go into combat with two large ships and maybe a small fighter or something and the first thing my fleet does is attack one of the enemies fighters rather than focusing on one of the large ships that is doing all the damage. Whats even more frustrating is that the computer fleet usually IS smart enough to attack my larger ships and decimates them while my shi

I am also having this problem. I quit for dinner last night, and then reloaded the game only to find that I have the option to build 3 versions of the same ship name. One build was a first build of a medium class ship I named Striker 1 that i decided I didn't like and scrapped the whole operation. I then redesigned the ship and gave it a new name Slug Hound 1. I later created a heavy firepower fighter and called it Striker 1. When I ca
