Reply to Can't find account info HELP IN HERE! in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Same problem as everyone else, my box was delivered today, filled in the new serial number and CE code and am unable to DL any of the bonus content. All I get is a message saying that I have to create a new account, which I have done. Edit: I cannot access the MY ACCOUNT section, get a message saying that I need to log in, when I am already logged in.
