Hi All Been years since posted on these forums :) So ive updated to the new patch and ill be honest its broken the game for me and now unplayable :( Lots of bugs in now. Pathing over long distances is just broken and cant get my ship near where i want to go it just goes off in some random direction . Also dont like the pathing when near hyperlanes as ill be trying to explore a certain area look
Hi All just thought I'd load this up and download all the updates and give it a go again :) On the colony screen you used to be able to just click on say social production to maximise the colonies production in that area. likewise you could boost economy , research etc I can't seem to find out how to do that anymore since 2 years of updates lol. any help would be appreciated . thanks

If i build a mining starbase near a resource say anti matter and its nowhere near one of my planets do i have to build a ship to transport it to one of my planets or does just building the starbase and modules needed automatically add the rss to my manufacturing capability? Oh right I think I get it. So a tile may be between 2 buff tiles so I'd build the corresponding building to take advantage of which buff I'd prefer ?
Hi all i have just bought this game and after an hour of loading and restarting my computer I've managed to get the game to work. Just wondering how the planet tile bonuses work in gciv3? i see they now have like a secondary adjacent bonus if my bonus tile is say +2 economy and +1 manufacturing so does that mean I need to build market place on the tile and a factory on the adjacent tile to maximise the bonus :) sorry if this seems a d

I also suffer fron next weapon syndrome.Or wait just a few more turns for better defenses that are slightly smaller.Just attack when you have decent population and have a clear area that you intend to attack. :)

I must do something wrong i have DL and DA and have never had 1 ranger.My enemies get them all the time.But ive not had 1 and i got the bloody game when it was released.lol.Still having fun on DA before i upgrade and get ToA.Ive tried it wit luck on and different races etc but to no avail. :)
Argh no to long to wait.lol.It took me a week to re download Dread lords and now i have the scrolling issue.I have purchased DA as well for my pc but i cant face it taking years to download :( But if its the only way i can play the game i might have to start.Grr i hate vista
Ive just also installed dreadlords on my laptop with vista.I downloaded the game fine and i can start a game but when i move the mouse its so jerky and unresponsively slow that it is unplayable.Never had any problems on my home pc with XP.Why did i bother with vista :( .Sorry to thread hi jack but thought as we are having vista problems i may get more help in here.I will make another thread if need be. PS why is this website the slowest on the internet.It takes minutes to load a page.Thats
what was hard to understand in several threads there is refrence to him using ships from sfc3.He has modded them to fit in this game good work spleeze keep it up.Yes the steamrunner could be for my uber missile ships like it was in previous game a long range assault unit.Need tri cobalt torpeodoes now

i like cookies to.I think the soldeiring part needs looking at.i can get invaded while having all techs researched and get owned by a race with hardly any soldier techs.Whats dat about
babylon5 owns.Shame they didnt make the shadow war better/longer.Season5 was a bit of a let down so be hoping for better movies (if they make them than the ledgend of the rangers which was an insult to all cast and crew alike).Never watched firefly.donty know if it was released in the uk.Stargate is the longest runing sci fi series ever so they must be doing something rite.Stargate atlantis is really good.Hope to see many more series of both
