I've used Startup Delayer for years on my XP boxes, but was reluctant to add it to Win7 since everything starts so fast with no other problems. Finally gave it a shot as mystified suggested (Thanks mystifeid). This solved the problem!

I have the same problem. Running Windows7 and ObjectDock 1.9, my tabbed dock opens as always on top , even though it is not checked on the positioning box. If I check the always on top box, and then uncheck the box, everything is back to normal. I have to do this everytime I restart the computer. Any ideas?
