I have to Say I love AOL it's a great thing to have with a Family Surfing the net the Parent Controls are great, yeah every once in a while it won't let something access the net but it's showing me it's working and I now my kids won't be surfing anthing they shouldn't. I have always used aol and I think it just keeps getting better, I don't think it's has any problems I think those who have a problem with just don't want to let go of the control they
