How can I use researched Arnorian Armor, Telepathic Defense & Subspace Rebounder in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi everyone, Can anyone tell me how I can use these techs even though I already researched them? They don't show up in the ship design screen so I wonder what I can do with them. Thanks for your help and thanks for a wonderful game! Carl
