If you're looking to voice chat while playing a game online, try X-Fire, TeamSpeak or Ventrillo. If you're able to gather a decent group of folks together, you can chat with them no matter which game you're playing. Though I do see your points about chatting with people in the same game as you.

I can sorta sympathize about the heroes being slow, heroes do move a little sluggishly. However, there are things called teleport scrolls. For 250 gold, teleport to any friendly building. Gives you incentive to capture flags close to enemy territory, doesn't it? I don't see the logic in the complaint about games being slow. The longest game I've played so far is 37 minutes, a five on five. It went back and forth a few times before one side gained the up
Heh, after the recent update of Demigod, that's the error message I get. It was running fine before, and I'm running an 8800GT. But, I also recently got a large, widescreen monitor. Is there a possibility that the resolution is too high for the game?
Yeah, though, he feels a bit fragile at first. Not as solid as the rook.
Has anyone tried out the unclean beast yet? What do you think of it?

Better to risk being silly and asking a question, than to not ask and remove all doubt of silliness.
I dunno, I think for ranked games, ladder games and such, they should keep it mod free. But for unranked games or free for alls and such, they should allow mods. Like SupCom and FA. If a mod is unbalanced, in your opinion, don't use it and don't join games with it listed.

The "assassin" Demigods are ones that go directly into battle and fight, while the "generals" direct the lesser troops. In the current beta, only the assassins are playable.
