Its hard to give specific figures. I was playing the campaign game, Backstabbing, I was building mainly on my colony worlds since they are high PQ. 3 Factories, 2 Labs, 2 Markets and a Starport. Also for each of them I would build 2-3 Medium sized ships for Defense. Have 4 worlds with the above. My Treasury is dwindling, cannot get it into the green. Have the nearly the full Economy Tech Tree researched and the current income rate is at: -62 avg. Have at lea

The Negative just keeps building and building and nothing I do makes it go down. Building more Economic Centers on my planets where it should bring it down, keeps pushing it up.
Hey there, Been playing Galciv 2 for awhile now and since Dark Avatar have had major problems handling the economy now. The problem I am finding is that I get to a point that I build up colonies on a slow level as normal and then suddenly my spending goes through the roof. I fix it by upping the tax level, decreasing Industry spending, demolishing high maintenance buildings, building Economy Bases. But everything that I do that should put it closer to being in the green
The same with me. I tried to play the campaign for Dark Avatar and after sometime loading it just suddenly crashed to the Desktop. I was playing through a Normal game and after a mega event where a conquered civilization's ships became pirates, the game again crashed to the desktop. Its not a big bother, but thought you guys would like to know. Many Regards to an absolutely fantastic product. A good $70AUD spent <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T
Is the $10 Mail-in Rebate (Included with the Boxed GC2 Gold?) available to International Customers as I live in Australia? And do you know of a date for stock to reach Australia?
Greetings, I've been following the news nearly every day to see what is happening in the world of GC and am very excited that Dark Avatar has been released and I really want to get it. The thing is I don't have a credit card and don't use Paypal. I heard that it is only available in retailers in the Gold Edition. Why isn't Dark Avatar being released as an expansion pack in stores? Its no. 1 on my to get list at the moment, but don't want to have to pay the extra
I installed the MOD last night and am amazed by the detail incorporated into it and I started playing as the Earth Alliance. But I couldn't think out how to build Colony Ships and I found out that you need the Colonial trait which Earthforce doesn't have. Is this intentional??? Like the Shadows and Vorlons, that the EA have conquer, steal or trade this tech from another race before they can start establishing colonies. This puts them at a serious disadvantage.
I've sort of wondering the same thing. Like I want to use Kryo's Hull Mod, but I want to use other mods as well. But I understand with the differences in the .XML files of each MOD this may prove to be near impossible. Or am I wrong about this? Is there a way to use multiple mods at the same time??
Greetings, I was just wondering where I can grab the B5 Mod and the various little updates that have been done since as I would very much like to see and play this MOD. Thanks
I was playing a game with the new 1.2 patch and the first time it when to Autosave, it locked up and then brought up a windows message saying "Out of Memory" and then turn in turn started shutting down programs in the system tray. I haven't had a problem with this since the V1.0 patch where the memory leak was detected. Could another one have appeared with this patch???
I like the above ideas and have a few more to add to the list. 1) In MOO II, I liked the idea of space monsters being a random element along with the Antarans that jump in anytime forcing you to keep on your toes. What about the idea of bringing the Dread Lords in with a frigate or something as a random element that just jumps in and attacks the nearest controlled planet? 2) We can design Ships in the Ship-Builder, but how would it be to create a Starbase the same way and
