Econ Starbases Ineffective in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Out of the past three games, only in one of them have I enjoyed functional economy starbases, and the third one was me just playing a quick first round of the campaign. In all other instances, no matter how many fully production modded economy starbases I plop next to my planets, I get either one or no points of production increase from any of them. In my fast few of games in the last few days, I've noticed a very disturbing trend. Out of three games played, two of them refused to actually render any true bonuses to production from governments and from starbases and one of them only failed to give me bonuses from the starbases. Small request for reduced cpu load. in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, I was just wondering if it would be possible to put in a sleep instruction in the main loop so that my cpu wouldn't be on full load constantly, even while the game itself isn't doing anything intensive (like displaying the title screen...). This puts a strain on my sanity, in the form of a loud fan which winds up in order to counter the constant 100% cpu usage. I more than match even the recommended stats for CPU and graphics card, and I think the simple sleep instruct
