Transparency... and how to get it to work. in SkinStudio Help WinCustomize Forums

I am fairly new to WB and skinstudio and have been reading some articles on transparency. The only thing is I don't know how to do it, and all the fourm articles I have read (i have searched and searched), I don't understand. I have come to the conclusion that is my version of skinstudio (see below). I currently have: SkinStudio v4.6.0, Build 1071 WindowBlinds 5.00 [11/29/05] Can anyone help me please?
