when i download a cursorxp theme that is create with a zip file and a make it a curxptheme,i can't load it with cursorxp.then i get the message: can't load this selected theme. what i'm doing wrong??

when i download a cursorxp theme from the file: .curXPTheme.there's no file to open it.but when i open it with winrar,then the file is a PNG file and not a CurXPtheme file. so i can't download a curxptheme,omly a zip theme. what do i wrong??? i hope that somebody can help me.
