WinCustomize ForumsOk, well ill try to reinstall it and if it doesn't work, oh well I can live with it.

Hello, im just wondering, why isnt my task bar transparent? And why is it that I can't do the "3D flip"? I have Vista RC2, I'm not sure if thats a problem but can someone help?
