CD of Dark Avatar with Pre-order, Beta or final version in Dark Avatar GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, I'm looking into pre-ordering Dark Avatar with the CD. But before I wanted to know if the CD was to be sent right away with the Beta version I will have downloaded or will Stardock wait until the "Official" release of Dark Avatar ? Will Dark Avatar be available in retail stores ? Will there be any "paper" manuals included in the pre-order or retail version ? Thanks in advance !!! Long live Galactic Civ !
