I don't recall anything like that. It was a few days ago. I just tried logging on like normal and it said I had the wrong password. EDIT: Also in that case I'm definitely using the right password I tried re-logging onto impulse with the password and it worked.
Sarudak
Sometimes when I try to login to DG multiplayer it says I have the wrong password (when I don't because it the same saved one I've used over and over again). And it won't work for a while but then it will start working again. Now it did this a couple days ago and I've been trying what I'm pretty sure is my password but I can't check (via retrieve password because that doesn't do anything). Is my password the same as my impulse account? And why would this be happening?
I've never bought anything from steam. I've heard bad stuff about the DRM that comes with stuff bought on steam. I hate DRM. So stardock will always have my money... End of story.
Besides... You can't stop Rook. He's a juggernaut. He's unbeatable. Better just to conceed when the game starts.
Yeah the build was really terrible. DA is bad enough as it is with not being able to push a lane. But with that build you couldn't hardly even help us in a fight until the end game.
Lol.. .I replied to this long ago. Now though I only grab 1 point of spit when playing UB and use the rest to max ooze, inner beast and diseased claw. This build totally owns a pure spit beast because you can stack so much health not having to worry about mana at all.
You should include the mods with Demigod but not automatically activate them. That saves one step of people having to download them. Then hopefully the mods will automatically activate or deactivate if you have them and the game you're trying to join requires them. I hope...
Play with different people...
I thought I heard that you only ever get the gold and experience for the base wave of creeps (minotaurs and archers) regardless of what upgrades ANYONE has purchased.
It's quite possible to implement things like fire / magic / lightning damage etc without actually having separate damage stats for them all. This has been mentioned in a few variations above, and is similar to the way Warmachine and Magic the Gathering work, but I'll just outline my take on it here: - Typically a unit has one stat for damage, so when they attack this number is used. Doesn't matter how you're hurt, it still
When i played GURPS I really liked their damage system. It's similar to wesnoth. And you don't have half a dozen physical damage types you have three: Crushing, Cutting, and Piercing. Furthermore since most units will be basic humanoid units the resistances will be fairly easy to learn. All you really need to know is what type of armor your opponent is wearing. Flexible armor will protect against piercing and cutting normally while providing little or no protection against crushing. Rigid arm

How do you friendlist ppl?
Hey I was wondering if anyone wanted to make a team or something so us PUG people could take on some premades every once in a while with people we know play well. I generally play in the 8-11 pm Pacific Time. Anyone interested?
For me the fun of the game comes when you're still wrestling for a tiny advantage. When the game could still tip either way. In many games this period ends very quickly if there is disparate skill levels. This is the nature of Demigod as a game. I enjoy about the first 2-3 minutes after the scales tip IF I'm on the winning side. On the losing side I will still struggle for that same amount of time looking for any chance to turn things around. After that winning or losing I'm pretty bored.
Quoting lifekatana, reply 11busdude stop whining. If you see the UB using it why arent you anticipating/countering it. Its pretty much the same as an healing pot. An instant heal 4000hp potion -.- Really the only thing you can do in that situation is run away and wait until the effect is over.
Precisely... You run away as soon as they activate it and they lose 500 gold for nothing. Th
Ok question. If minions are so costly and need to stack. (Which makes sense minions need to be more viable late late game >lvl15). Then why do only healing minions get this? Why doesn't minion damage increse based on how much health your opponent has?
I just turned 23, still living at home (I pay rent I'm not a bum), recently out of college, got my debts all paid off and never carry a balance on my credit card (although I use it for most things safer than cash or debit IMO) , no car payment, and 10k isn't all I have saved just all I have saved that I'm willing to invest. That's still leaving a few months worth of liquid assets.
The way I think it should be, and is in most games with mechanics like this, is that only the max goes up and down. Thus, if you suddenly pick up a plenor crown and you're at 3000/3000 mana, you should then be at 3000/4500 mana. If you have plenor crown and you're at 4500/4500, drop it, and pick it up again, you should be at 3000/4500 mana.
Second this! Devs please fix this in the next patch.
More demigods!
I got a message that said update file larger than expected and it wouldn't download it. Now it doesn't even recognize there IS an update.... I tried verify installation. Nothing... :(
Update done. - Flag capture checks - Added task ticks - Tightened purchasing priorities Can anyone explain it to me what are these fixes/changes?
I'm guessing that's AI
I play tb a ton, don't be under the impression that your auto attack sucks just b/c you are a 'caster'. You can often do more dps per second in the early game by just auto attacking than using fire ball. Fireball is just great for its range. Lets you harass from far away.
Hehe... dps per second...
