icon quality in Icons JoeUser Forums

the icon quality has deacreased on my icons, microsoft made ones and custom ones. The quality has only been lost on the ones which appear on the desktop and start menu. Please help

how do you get the last order icons into wincustomizer, step by step instructions please as i am new to this. i have wincustomizer demo and microangelo demo but i can download other programs if needed. please help adam
