That would be a sweet living room centerpiece.

On the other hand, Stardock as a publisher (granted, Stardock as a publisher is really only Sins thus far) has a pretty good reputation for encouraging post-release patching.
Has potential. Allow me to be the first to make a Rook pun.
I look forward to picking my jaw up off the floor at many of the future levels. Don't wait too long to release your tidbits. They grow weak in captivity--only in the wild will they flourish.
Download Demigod via Impulse on your laptop. Right click on it and archive it. Get the Impulse installer and the Demigod archive and move them to your other computer. Install Impulse, un-archive Demigod.
With my computer it'll end up looking like Starcraft, but that's life. It would be a lot better if I could find the cash for an HD4850 at the end of the summer. I'd be set, then.
Aha! My master plan (ref. reply #9 in this thread) is working already!
If you need a picture, you're spoiled. Now get off my lawn!
TM still needs to be beveled Oh, and you need better emotes. These are meh, to be honest :/
Emotes are unnecessary newfangled technogunk. Plain text should be good enough for anyone.
Pssh. IL-2 with all the realism settings on is what I do when I want a quick, light bout of gaming. Subsims are where it's at. All of the good flight sims I've heard of have been mentioned already, but I'll recommend a pair of space sims: Babylon 5: I've Found Her - freeware, but very good nonetheless. X-Wing Alliance - the latest entry in the storied X-Wing/TIE Fighter series, with a wonderful campaign and a group of modders giving it a graphical update at www.xwaupgrade.com.<b
It's fine exactly the way it is. With posts like these I'll establish myself as a vehemently anti-change member of the community, allowing me to choose my battles carefully and making my opinion seem much more important when a change is warranted. Oops, did I say that all out loud?
I expect what'll happen is that they'll send you an e-mail with the game key, which you'll then register in Impulse.
I think I'll be seeing about getting myself a Radeon HD4850 come end of the summer--should prove significantly faster than the overclocked nVidia 8500GT I have now. Not the best card in the world, that, but assuming the engine isn't drastically slower than it was... :P Plus, I trust Stardock's ability to make things they publish work well on a wide range of hardware. I'm not sure how much optimization can be done with the SupCom engine, but I'm sure some of it will happen. >.>
1. 'Assassin' and 'general' just describe playstyles. There'll be a bunch that fall under each, and possibly some that blur the lines, according to the interview on GameSpot. 2. There'll be a post here when it's too late, and additionally there should be several phases--you can enter at any one of the phases with a preorder at the right time.
Now I remember where I've heard All-Father before:
The First Age of the World began when four mighty Gods first appeared upon the face of the World. These ancient Gods, still worshipped to this day, were the All-Father and his three Companions: Thurin the Shaper, Kenaryn the Hunter, and Malog the Warrior.
Shadowbane lore! I like it as a god name.
Looks like I'm in, too.
Just saw the trailer. ...I'm convinced. :P
So. Some of you might recognize me from the Sins community, and I'll put my money on nobody from the Supreme Commander community recognizing me. I enjoyed both, though, and I consider Stardock and Gas Powered trustworthy companies when it comes to quality. I just can't quite bring myself to hit the preorder button, though (probably because I've never played DotA, and thus I don't really have a feel for what that/this kind of game is actually like). That brings us to this post--nudge me in
