Good post. I have only fully participated in a couple of betas in the past. They were more geared toward a marketing idea than technical/gameplay issue. This saved a bit of work for SD guys and others from yelling at me about what I should/should not be posting. As far as it not being very fun.... I think the excitement about a new game and helping to make it more stable and fun for others will help me feel good about playing it. If it doesnt I will blame it on schematicsninja! JK :0 <

Nice pics... makes me want to play it even more. Going to have to try and get ahead on some of my homework before the release date. That will be hard though as I have found that Microeconomics is not the most interesting subject to me.

Yeha Im a bit off there now that I go back and read. Start swinging that bass folks. Actually I did it on purpose cause I was testing SchematicsNinja.. yeah.. thats it. I'll have to do a proper one after the little one is washed and fed. Maybe on Thrusday since I'll be in class next 2 nights. Three more months and I have a degree in computer drafting! Good haikus btw!

Here is a little haiku for you all... dunno why it popped into my head to do it but it did! beta waits how long we yearn to conquer empires anticipation If anyone feels like making others then go right ahead. I'd be more than happy to read them. On the off chance I should have put this under off topic or something slap me with a bass and I'll comply.

I preordered it. Dl only. Number 32!! As I read some of the replies in this post a question popped into my head. Is there any advantage to preodering w the CD vs. the dl only? I can only think of if there is a hard drive failure then maybe you dont have to dl it again. Anyone with other ideas/reasons that want to respond feel free. I guess I could also ask if I did preorder it with dl only is it possible to go and change my order to get the dl & CD option?<b

I am glad I read this post. I think it makes a great place to do my first ever post. What really sealed the deal was the hotpants idea. Perhaps the word Stardock placed squarely on the buttocks area would be a good idea. I'll even model them if you guys want. Just dont eat before you look at the pic! Lookin' forward to Sins and hope to post some not so sickening ideas/thoughts in the future. Wajk Leit
