Is it possible to select both campaigns when you have the expansion? in Dark Avatar GalCiv2 Forums

I have to load either my old exe, or the new exp exe in order to play either/or campaign. Why do they both not appear on the campaign list?

I really don't want to play both over and over without choosing one, so which do you mostly prefer (I realize which forum I'm in). I'm on the fence.
