Ok looked at it. I still don't understand what is wrong with it. Value creation failed in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Ok I just downloaded the LogonStudio and made my own logonscreen. Fun stuff but I have a problem every time I try to apply it the message Value creation failed " at line 18 pops up. Anyone know how to fix it? I can apply all the others except the one I made. Thanks
