Thanks for the quick response. I reinstalled Windows this morning (unrelated to this issue) and when the problem pops up I'll contact support after trying the Start8Tweak you mentioned. I'll also keep track of what I install.

Being charged for the same product twice... interesting. My apologies, I see the difference now: a single new menu was added and all instances of 8 were replaced with 10. I'll just stick Start8, the start menu that randomly can't find programs I have installed. [e digicons]:grin:[/e] Removing Galactic Civilizations III from my shopping list.
