Aye, I've def had the problem, and it's definitely not from any hardware. Ye just gotta auto resolve and hope for the best right now (which can suck when you have sov, wife, or children set up as glass cannon casters because auto-resolve will often kill them off).

Alright, here's the pub. Did not Dropbox the shadows files as I wasn't sure about whether or not you needed them, so let me know if you do and I'll get 'em up. I did not just carbon copy the old one I had, as that would have been lame. I looked at the default Kingdom Pub and still thought it felt more lively than my old one so I drew some inspiration from that but made it elvish and even more crowded and pubsy. Oi, I've been busy for a few days and accidentally deleted my Pub model during an uninstall to purge mods after the patch. I'll get the pub up for ye on dropbox tomorrow evening, and hope to have the second one I signed up for done by Wednesday.

Sovs/Channs Can't Buy Armor? in War of Magic Elemental Forums

Anybody else find that they're unable to buy armor for Sovs and Channelers and Champs since 1.08? They don't even show up in my merchant list even if I've researched them. I haven't heard anything about this besides ONE other player that had this problem but I'm not sure whether it's intended or a bug.

It'd be cool if they incorporated Organized and Adventurer into Sovs. Seems like they would sort of come along with the job. Also, I've noticed that I can't buy unlocked armors for any of my sovs or champs since 1.08. Is this intentional or a bug?

Troubled, I don't see why trading 1 food for 1 gildar would be a problem considering that you start next to a resource that gives you 4 food. I, at least, have never had a problem with generating any resources besides elementium (can you even generate that?) and crystal empire-side (nothing I research seems to reveal any crystal for me, even though I get that temple to increase crystal production). That said, early game is a bit of a balancing act and you just have to wait on the gildar build

Alright, Heaven, I'm a tad confused. I love the monastery you posted but noticed that it has more than 30 doodads that aren't npcs placed just on what's visible without scrolling over to see the rest. Are you going to have to try to scale it down to get below 30 or am I just terribly confused as to what counts as models? I'm asking because I think I need to scale down the Pub but am not sure at all.

AWESOME stuff across the freaking board. One thing... I like the idea of having children that might be more powerful than you are. I mean, isn't the idea of children that they'll end up better off than us? So I always thought that having a child born with more essence than myself was cool. Here's v2. Added a small natural stable-type area to the back and a guarded side door. Had to take out a few tiny details (such as the tiny horse statue on the front rock and flowers) to try to cut down to the 30 limit but it's still floating at around 45 (NOT counting npcs) so if you guys like it then I'll start trying to find ways to cut down to standard. Alright, I'll work on the back. As far as adding a stable, at first I had one and a few horses hanging around, but I'm not really sure of what the difference between the Pub and the Inn would then be. Trying to make sure I don't step into Inn territory. I'll try it out and get that up here.

Hrm. Alright. Here is the first run of an Elven Pub. I'm not sure of what counts into our model total that needs to be under 30. Strange. I found Empire to be much more powerful than Kingdom and enjoyed them much more. For one, the spy summon demon and actual full-on large demon both have that amazing arcane doom ability which makes every encounter a joke. After gathering 2 spies and 3 demons into my army nothing went past my first volley unless I was getting bored and wanted to have some fun with my sov and his wife's spells or try out a new unit design. How Is Spell Hit Calculated? in War of Magic Elemental Forums

Howdy guys, and sorry if this is obvious, but I've got to ask because it's bugging me that my spells miss so often. Is spell chance to hit or miss based on intelligence, attack rating, something else, or what? My instinctual thought would be intellect because spells often say that they do up to that in damage, and thus it sounds like the damage is a result of difference between offense roll and defense roll, as other attack work to my understanding, but I often attack targets with 0 a

Howdy guys, Two mods that I want to install tell me to extract their file to the mods folder, but I cannot seem to find it and cannot find anything on the forums to tell me where it might be. The game has its flaws and annoyances and I run into them more than once an hour and they piss me the hell off. It is a testament to how awesome this game is that I still can't stop playing it for too long. I absolutely enjoy playing it for all its flaws, and can't wait to see what its future holds.
